Scope

These terms apply to information, requests and offers related to the BE A HERO Gaming Zone unless separate contractual agreements apply.

Visitors

Tickets, admission, house rules, age restrictions and safety rules are governed by the event conditions and on-site information communicated for the event.

Exhibitors

Booth spaces, event slots and partner packages become binding only after written confirmation. Areas, times and technical requirements are coordinated individually.

Program

Program details, partners, games, times and areas may change during planning. The final published information applies.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment deadlines, cancellation terms and scope of services are defined in the relevant offer or contract.

Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions and the terms agreed in the applicable contractual relationship.
